ABOUT US
We're your neighbors, and we take your water personally.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We don't sell fear. We share facts.
We don't believe in selling fear. We believe in showing you the facts about what's in your water, what it may be doing to your plumbing, appliances, and everyday water quality, and what it actually takes to fix it.

If you have an older system that only needs a tune-up, we'll tell you that. If a rebuild can give you years of reliable service instead of replacing the whole system, we'll recommend the rebuild. If the simplest fix genuinely solves the problem, that's the solution we'll suggest.

Our reputation depends on being the honest option in an industry where homeowners often receive confusing or conflicting recommendations. Long-term trust matters more than quick sales. That's how we build lasting relationships throughout the community.

At the end of the day, we're your neighbors, and we're here to help make your water one less thing to worry about.

OUR STORY
Clear answers, clear pricing, clear water.
In 2023, entrepreneurs Zach and Abby Brownell launched ClearQuest Water Solutions as a local husband-and-wife team with complementary strengths: Zach brought more than a decade of hands-on water treatment experience, while Abby took the lead as owner and business manager, shaping the customer experience and day-to-day operations.

Together, they started ClearQuest with a simple goal: to help their neighbors get better water without the high-pressure sales tactics, confusion, or gimmicks that too often come with the water treatment industry.
01
From the ground up
Zach spent more than a decade in the water treatment world before starting ClearQuest. He learned the business from the ground up, installing systems, running delivery routes, servicing equipment, and eventually working as a lead technician. Much of that experience came within a large franchise model built for scale. That experience taught him a lot, but over time he saw an opportunity to build something more personal, local, and customer-focused. Rather than continue down a path that felt increasingly corporate, Zach and Abby chose to bet on themselves and build the kind of water treatment company they believed homeowners actually needed.
02
The ClearQuest difference
ClearQuest was built around three simple promises: clear answers, clear pricing, and clear water. That means no call centers. No high-pressure sales scripts. No unnecessary upgrades. No recurring service contracts when a simpler solution will do. When you work with ClearQuest, you work with a local team that has a direct stake in doing right by the customer. Zach brings the technical knowledge to test, diagnose, install, and service water treatment systems correctly. Abby brings the owner-level accountability that keeps the business responsive, organized, and focused on the customer experience.
03
Local knowledge you can trust
As Tampa Bay locals, Zach and Abby live in the communities they serve. Whether you are in Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, or another nearby community, ClearQuest understands that Florida water is not one-size-fits-all. A newer home in a developing subdivision may have very different needs than an older well-water property in Pasco County. Zach knows these systems because he has spent years testing, installing, repairing, and maintaining them in these neighborhoods.
04
Grown by word of mouth
In its first year, ClearQuest completed more than 260 installations, driven largely by referrals and word of mouth. That growth did not come from flashy ads or pushy sales scripts. It came from neighbors talking to neighbors. People noticed when their water treatment company showed up on time, performed the testing directly, explained the options clearly, and skipped the sales pressure. Today, ClearQuest helps residential and commercial customers across the Tampa Bay region protect their plumbing, appliances, and everyday water quality.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We're not just a business serving the community. We're part of it.
ClearQuest is proud to support the communities we serve. As a local, family-owned business, we believe our work should go beyond installing water treatment systems. We want to invest in the neighborhoods where we live, work, and build relationships.
